Fluxlink is crafted exclusively for real estate professionals. By engaging with the Service, you affirm that you are a real estate agent with the authority to enter into binding agreements.

1.2 Account Registration:

To harness the capabilities of Fluxlink, you must establish an account on our website, ensuring the information you provide is both accurate and current. The safeguarding of your account details and the activities occurring therein fall under your responsibility.

2. Service Features and Subscription

2.1 Features:

Fluxlink equips you with top-tier seller leads and a state-of-the-art CRM tool, designed to streamline your marketing and lead management tasks, among other advantageous features.

2.2 Free Trial:

Try Fluxlink risk-free with our 7-day trial, subject to certain conditions laid out during registration.

2.3 Subscription and Pricing:

Post-trial, service continuity requires a subscription. Current rates are set at $99 and $149 monthly, subject to future changes, which will be communicated beforehand. Credits for SMS and Agent Phone number use will be applied one-time upon subscription and the customer will be responsible for paying phone usage following credits used.

2.4 Payment:

Fees are billed monthly and auto-charged to the credit card on file with your sign-up details.

3. User Obligations and Restrictions

3.1 Proper Use:

Your use of Fluxlink must comply with all applicable laws and not encroach upon unauthorized or illegal activities.

3.2 Prohibited Activities:

Actions that impair the operation of Fluxlink or the enjoyment of other users are not permitted. This includes spreading harmful software, unauthorized system access, or seeking to extract sensitive data.

4. Privacy Policy

4.1 Personal Information:

Your personal data is collected, utilized, stored, and protected as described in our Privacy Policy, which you acknowledge and consent to by using the Service.

5. Customer Support

Fluxlink offers round-the-clock customer service through various channels including text, call, live chat, and scheduled meetings. Additionally, a plethora of training resources is at your disposal.

6. Suspension and Termination

6.1 Account Suspension or Termination:

At our discretion, we may halt or terminate your access to Fluxlink for any reason, notably agreement violations, without prior notice or refund.

7. Ownership and Intellectual Property Rights

7.1 Ownership:

The content within Fluxlink is shielded by intellectual property laws and remains the exclusive property of Fluxlink LLC or its licensors.

7.2 Limited License:

We offer a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and utilize Fluxlink for your internal business use, conditional on not copying, altering, or distributing any Service part without our written consent.

8. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

8.1 Jurisdiction:

The laws of the State of Texas govern this Agreement.

8.2 Dispute Resolution:

Exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute lies with Texas State courts.
